CLEANING:
To maintain, simply wipe clean with a soft damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners and harsh scrubbing as they may damage the tray's surface.

NOTES:
Given that all pieces are handmade and owing to the inherent characteristics of concrete, each piece is unique. Slight variations such as air bubbles and colour discrepancies may occur. No concrete pot is entirely devoid of bubbles or blemishes, yet these imperfections contribute to its charm and individuality. Handle with care - tray can crack and/or break if dropped.

RETURNS:
Regrettably, we cannot accept returns due to the handmade nature of our products. Should your item arrive broken or damaged, kindly reach out to us on the day of delivery for assistance.

DETAILS:
Each tray is equipped with bottom feet and sealed for additional protection. These are food safe, but not meant to be used as a plate.

Every tray is meticulously handcrafted in our studio, ensuring unique characteristics. Please anticipate slight variations.

**Due to concrete's porous nature, water stains and signs of wear may develop over time. Although the trays are sealed, prolonged exposure to water or soap can still cause discolouration. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns for trays showing signs of water/soap damage or other liquid stains.

PROCESSING TIMES:
Kindly note that my processing time, which includes the creation and packaging of each order, is 10 business days as I manage everything solo. Shipping commences once the processing period has concluded. Thank you immensely for your patience and support.
